Reading Time

I wanted to share one of my all time favorite books with everyone. It is called Llama, Llama Red Pajama.
Mom reads this book to me almost every night. It is a bedtime story about a Baby Llama who gets a good night kiss from his Mama Llama who believes everything is alright. But is it? NO! At least Baby Llama doesn't think so...and soon his whimpers turn into hollers. It's an all-out llama drama. Until Mama returns and makes everything alright with an extra good night kiss. I absolutely love this book. It is so funny, I sometimes get so excited before bedtime which may not be the best, but mom loves to see my reactions (there are only a few books that I pay attention too and act interested in). So I guess she doesn't mind when I get this way before bedtime.

I have also been participating a little more when reading books. I have started to actually hold one side of the book and occasionally will turn the page (with a little help). That is very exciting news.

Tyler,

What a cute book! I will have to find that book and read it to Matthew! He might like it too!

Guess what Tyler! Elisabeth is trying to learn how to turn pages too! Well, it's one of the objectives that her therapist has for her....but she has no clue how to accomplish such a task yet (or the idea even to do it). Perhaps someday soon :)

Thanks for sharing this story!
