Vacation

Mom has been on vacation since last Wednesday. And man have we been busy. It doesn't seem like much of a vacation, except that I got to see her everyday for the whole day. We have had a lot of fun and have also gotten a lot done around the house. We are trying to get ready for my big birthday bash. I'm going to have a pool party. So we have finally gotten our pool up and running. But man is it a lot of work. But I think it is going to be worth it. I even got in the pool when we were filling to up. I didn't like it too much because the water was very cold! Then on Saturday, the whole family - mom, dad and me, grandma and grandpa, Aunt Jen and Uncle Jason, Uncle Dave, Aunt Tori and my cousins Luke and Drew - all went to St Louis for the day and spent the night up there. We went to Grants Farm. It was a lot of fun!! We got to see a lot of animals and even got to feed the baby goats, if they didn't eat you first. They were very aggressive and wanted to be fed even if you didn't have a bottle of milk to feed them. They would chew on your shoes, on your shorts, and on anything they could get there mouths on. But I wasn't scared of the goats like most kids were. There were some kids there that were screaming at the top of their lungs, because they were scared of them. But I was also being protected from mom and dad or whoever was holding me. The goats were the best thing out of the whole trip.

Then we went back to the hotel and took a nap. After that we decided to go swimming. But I was not to fond of the pool. I thought the water was very cold. I stiffened my whole body up as soon as I touched the water. But now the hot tub was much better. I floated around in there for a long time.
We came home on Sunday, to finish up putting more water in our pool and completely finishing it. So we are all set for my party now.
